Purchased a fidget ring for my non-binary teen at the craft fair in Glasgow in October, but when I gave it as a Christmas present it was too small. Excellent customer service from Danny, he sent a ring sizer free of charge so we could order the right size and then exchanged the ring even though it was a few months later. Excellent service, and my teen loves the ring which looks cool and helps with their anxiety.

I encountered The Mysterious Jeweller at a fayre in the University of Lincoln where through there negotiation skills I brought a leather band. I must say a year and a bit later and I am still happy with it as the day I brought it. It truly brings out the sophistication in any good suit or clothing choice. If ever you encounter them, listen to what they say because you won’t be disappointed.

Bought a few things now and they are absolutely brilliant. Great quality, really fashionable and an extremely nice gentleman. Items were hand delivered within 20 minutes and presented very well. I can only recommend this company and will definitely be buying more items in the future. Awesome

I had my first encounter with these guys a couple of years ago at a small craft fair, after having a good talk I ended up buying a blue John ring. To this day it's on my finger without issues along with a different ring and gorgeous stainless chain. Life long customer 👌

Came here a few weeks back and loved it the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and really happy to help find me a mix of jewellery that matched my aesthetic while also not breaking the bank or turning my finger green would definitely recommend it.

Great selection of unusual styles materials and colours. Found the store in Lincoln whilst Christmas shopping. Bought a fabulous ring for a present that unfortunately was too big, lovely lady at the time said would be no problem to exchange if not correct. A quick email and problem solved, ring exchanged by post free of charge even though some weeks later. Excellent Service.

My absolute favourite jewellers!! Always wanted staple rings that looked amazing and were durable as the others would turn my fingers green. My Son and I went into Mysterious Jeweller to look for a signature ring. My son was turning 16 years old and it is a family tradition when you turn 16 to have a peice of jewellery with your initials on it. My son picked a ring. We had been to a few jewellery shops that day and had been disappointed. If I'm completely honest I did not expect much from Mysterious Jeweller. Im happy to say I was completely wrong. The sale assistance was amazing, she listened, offered suggestions and was extremely friendly however I did not feel pushed into buying anything. She gave good choices and explained every suggestion. It was so lovely to speak to someone who cares about her job and about how the customer feels too. We picked a couple of rings to buy and one ring for initials to be Ingrave on. Danny got in contact with me via email straight away. His communication was outstanding as we discussed options. In the end I asked Danny to pick the ingraving for me, as i was struggling to make a decision. It was the best decision I made. The ring came out much better than I expected and looks stunning, Danny choice was outstanding. My son loves it. I will 100% use this jewellery shop again. I would recommend to everyone.
